The Epic Focus Guide – OldPost

Note: Test yourself and see if you can stay focused reading this page till the end.

Tips: Take a deep breath…

…and read slowly.

Reasons to Focus

You want to do something different, but you don’t know where to start.

Do you know that if you can constantly spend 30 minutes a day (for example from 8.30 pm – 9pm), you can definitely learn new things? Or finishing any project(s) that you’re working on. Or finishing that book.

In which, all of these will lead you to create something powerful.

Maybe you had once feel like this reader:

Since many years ago, you’ve been thinking of making a difference.  Maybe you want to start a new business.  Or a non-profit organization that could solve people’s problems.

Maybe you want to learn new things. Or new skills. Or new language. Or finish reading that 1 particular book.

But you don’t have time to ‘create‘. You’re constantly being busy with ‘consuming‘ something on the net.

All you need is a time. A time with a laser focus. You could start with 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Rome wasn’t built in a day, remember?

If you can spare some time to read a chapter of a book in 30 minutes, imagine how many days will you take to finish that 1 book?

The keyword is, “laser focus”. No internet connection, no mobile phone, and no TV for that 30 minutes.

Note: If you have kids, you can try to wake up earlier to get those 30 minutes before everyone else wakes up.

The thing is, how do you get that 30 minutes laser focus per day?

“The secret weapon that guarantees success in any endeavor is: Laser Sharp FOCUS.”

About The Author

Hi, I’m Wan. I started my journey with focus when I submitted my Master’s thesis after working on it in less than 2 months. While my other friends, took 2 semesters (that’s equal to 8-12months!).

While working on my thesis in the library with couple of friends, I realized they checked Facebook very often. It saddens me for the fact that I was like that too previously. #truestory. But how did I overcome that?

Fast forward, I then wrote a FREE ebook called “The Epic Focus Guide for Thesis Writer”, in which I shared ALL TIPS that I’ve experienced in order to finish writing quickly.

There’s a famous saying that says, “The more we give, the more we get.”

Later on, I came to see and understand that if we help people, Allah will definitely help us too. As time passed by, I actually learned and gained more insight about focus. I also experienced different, new things about focus. In which I shared some of those in the 3 FREE GIFTS.
